LANGUAGE OF THIS POLICY 

In accordance with Section 7(3) of the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), this Policy is issued in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Save for personal data that we are required or permitted by law to collect, all personal data provided by you is provided voluntarily. Where required by POPIA or other applicable laws, ASICS will ensure that recipients of your personal data are subject to a binding agreement which provides an adequate level of protection for the processing of your personal data similar to that of POPIA. We will also obtain the necessary regulatory approvals where such transfers require regulatory approval in terms of applicable data protection laws.

DATA RETENTION

We may retain your personal data for a longer period than the period required to satisfy the purpose for which your personal data was collected and processed or which is necessary for our legal obligations or to defend a legal claim if such retention period is required or authorized in terms of applicable laws, is required by a contract between ASICS and you, or on the basis of your consent.
